Krishna Nistala - Founder & Mentor
Mr. Krishna Nistala is the Founder & Mentor of Druta Designs. He is also the Managing Director of i2R Consulting Pvt. Ltd. He has spent more than 25 years as a leader in the Infrastructure sector and has also worked with government organizations in both developed and developing countries. Before founding Druta Designs, Krishna headed the business line for international operations and was CEO of the Indian subsidiary of Egis, the renowned French infrastructure company. Krishna is an alumnus of the prestigious HEC, Paris.
He provides strategic direction in project planning and financing, strategic impact studies of transport infrastructure projects including socio-economic impact assessment, business case development, development of case studies, project implementation, risk management etc.
Krishna is as keen about health and fitness as he is passionate about the sustainability of infrastructure projects. You will find him relaxing by running marathons! He is also active on Twitter, engaging with the community on how IT and IoT can transform infrastructure ecosystems and value chains.
Sailaja Nistala - Director
Sailaja Nistala is Director and looks after HR and Admin at Druta Designs. She enriches Druta with her experience of working in consulting companies with employees and clients across cultures. Sailaja shares Druta’s passion for sustainability and corporate citizenship. Besides being a post graduate in English Literature, she holds a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
Sailaja has also volunteered with international schools (served as a Member of Condominium Association, teaching street children, assisting the schools in organizing their events, etc. in India, Cambodia and France). A fitness enthusiast, Sailaja is passionate about yoga and cooking, experimenting with a mix of different cuisines for a healthy diet.
Pattabhiram Yegulla - CEO
Pattabhiram holds a Post Graduate degree in Transportation Engineering and has more than twenty-five years of experience in design and construction of roads in India and overseas. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
Pattabhiram managed the design of more than 8,000 lane km of national highways (NHs) and State Highways (SHs) and 1,200 km of access-controlled Expressways. He has also developed many applications in the field of Civil Engineering, including software for Complete Geometric Design of Highway (VS ROAD).
Aditya - GM Projects & Business Development
Aditya is a Project Management Professional with more than 18 years of experience. He worked with leading construction companies in Singapore and the Indian subcontinent in important roles. His core expertise lies in Project Planning, Strategic Planning, and Controls.
He has worked with different verticals / SBU’s like Buildings, Roads, Water & Waste Water Supply, etc.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Highway Technology & Construction Management. He is a Certified Project Management Professional, Internal Auditor, and has various certifications added to his credentials.
Aditya likes to experiment with routines, likes to spend time with family, cooking, long drives, etc. His interests are in Astrophysics and Science. Srinivasa Rao Badam - Senior Structural Designer
Mr. Srinivasa Rao Badam has more than twenty-one years of experience in the design and supervision of various infrastructure projects, including 3 years of international experience. He has previously worked as Assistant Executive Engineer in the Panchayat Raj Engineering department and as Deputy General Manager (DGM), Structures at Egis India and Egis International, Qatar.
Mr. Rao is conversant in the design of superstructures of various types including PSC Box, PSC I, RCC Box, RCC I Girder and RCC Solid slab and design of substructures such as Raft, Open, Pile and Well foundations. He is involved in the construction supervision of RCC framed buildings, RCC overhead water tanks, bridges, culverts, distribution and pumping mains, sewer mains with Micro-tunnel boring machines.
VR Gopal Raju - Project Manager
Gopal Raju is a Civil Engineer with twenty-six years of experience in executing Infrastructure projects including Bridges, Highways, Railways and Irrigation. He delivered projects by leading from inception to completion in the role of Project Manager, Team Leader and Resident Engineer, under EPC, BOT & Item rate contracts.
Some of his projects were: a 2.4 km long PSC bridge across Godavari river, a 1.4 km long Extra dosed Cable bridge across Narmada river, the Konkan Railway project, Gauge-Conversion Railway bridges, Irrigation Aqueduct-cum-Road Bridge, Emergency Railway works. He worked with Bridges of PSC Box girder / I-girder / segments, Well / Pile / Open foundations, Rigid / Flexible pavements, 2/4/6/8-Lane roads, rehabilitation of bridges and roads.
Mr. Raju received appreciation from the Honorable Minister of MoRTH in 2017 and Project Director of NHAI in 2005. He is a Post-Graduate in Civil Engineering, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), certified in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS Expert- certified by NEBOSH UK), a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP- certified by Microsoft) and a member of various professional institutions.
At i2R, Raju is involved in project management, design coordination, contract management, document analysis and identifying potential events.
Raju’s hobbies include studying technical manuals, watching debates and browsing web sites.
Harisatya Prasad Ch - Senior Quantity Surveyor
Mr. Hari Satya Prasad Ch is a Graduate in Civil Engineering and has more than twenty-five years of experience in Quantity Survey, Pre-Bid Engineering Services, Geo-technical Investigations and constructions of roads and buildings in India and overseas.
He has done costing for DPR projects of more than 2,000 km of National Highways (NHs) State Highways (SHs) and 600 km of access-controlled Expressways.
Vikram Kumar B - Senior Survey Engineer
Vikram has a Diploma in Civil Engineering and has more than 25 years’ experience. He worked in number of National Highway/State Highway projects and also Metro Rail Project as a Survey Engineer. He is having knowledge in all type of survey equipment’s like DGPS Total Station and Auto Level and independently handles Engineering and Topographical Surveys
He is thoroughly conversant with IRC Standards and MOST specifications and involved in the design of Horizontal and Vertical alignments and execution of highway projects.
Jeevan Gopinath - CAD Manager
Jeevan Gopinath worked as a CAD Manager / CAD Draughtsman for more than fifteen years in Roads/Highways. He has been involved in many Traffic and Transportation Planning and Highway Engineering projects for National Highways, State Highways Projects, funded by NHAI, World Bank and other private clients.
He is well-versed in preparing drawings from concept to detailed design stages and experienced in preparing accurate, neat layouts and geometric design drawings for all disciplines.
Jeevan is also proficient in preparing detailed drawings of key plan, plan and profile, setting-out details, cross-sections, junction design, construction staging plans, traffic signs and pavement markings.
Jeevan stays current with the latest trends in the industry. His ability to think on his feet and provide practical drafting solutions is a great asset to i2R.
Jeevan's hobbies include playing cricket, listening to music and watching movies.
Vasisht Tippabhotla - Highway Design Engineer
Vasisht is a Highway Design Engineer with a Masters’ degree in Transportation Engineering from Osmania University. He exhibits great skill and potential with software Civil 3D Highway design and& C CUBES for traffic planning. He has been involved in multiple phases of projects such as preparing Plan and Profile, Assemblies and Detailed Cross Section, Junction Design, and BOQ for Pre-bids. He is well versed with design codes like IRC, IS, MoRTH, HCM & AASHTO.
His favorite pastimes include playing video games and listening to spiritual discourses.
Surya Prakash Reddy - Highway Engineer
Surya Prakash holds a Post-Graduation Degree in Highway Engineering and has 2 years experience in highway design.
He is involved in the design of national highways, state highways and express ways. He conducted accidental studies on national highways under Road Transport Authority Nandyal in the year 2018 on National Highway stretch between Kurnool & Kadapa.
Kiran Kumar - Highway Engineer
Kiran is a Highway Engineer with a Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering. He is a keen learner and enjoys working with a team of highly experienced professionals.
A recent addition to our team, Kiran exhibits great skill and potential with design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. He has been involved in different phases of projects such as preparing Plan and Profile, Cross Section and Junction Design. He is a good team player who goes beyond his call of duty.
Kiran loves to read the newspaper, enjoys cooking and makes time to explore new destinations.
Jagadeesh B - Structural Engineer
Jagadish is a Civil Engineer with Post Graduation in Structural Engineering from Nagarjuna University.
As a Site Engineer he worked in Pollavaram Canal Works. He was also involved in drawings and execution as per the drawings approved, preparation of Quantities, Bar bending Schedules etc. He worked as a Civil Engineer and involved in the preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for National Highways at Nellore. He was also involved in construction of Six laning of Dedicated port road to Krishnapatnam port (18 km), and also did DPR for utilities, road surveys etc in Tirupathi.
His skill set include Design soft wares like Auto cad, Staad pro. Currently, he is learning MIDAS civil software. His hobbies include playing cricket, volleyball and chess
Divakar R - Structural Engineer
Divakar holds a Post Graduate degree in Structural Engineering and has 3 years of experience in Structural Design and Project Management. He is competent in design and drafting software’s like AutoCAD, Staad-Pro, Midas Civil and SDS-2.
He is extremely passionate to his work and one of the key members in Structures Design Team. He has been involved in multiple phases of projects such as Pre-bid, Structural Design and Quantity Estimation.
Divakar never stops at the limits of a textbook and spends most of his spare time hunting down information about various subjects from online platforms such as Udemy and edX.
Vishnu - Vishnu
Vishnu is a Structural Designer who recently completed a Post-graduation in Structural Engineering from Andhra University. He holds a Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering from Andhra University. He is dexterous and skilled in design software like AutoCAD, Staad-pro and Midas Civil. He has been involved in multiple phases of projects such as Pre-bid, Structural Design and Quantity Estimation.
He is a keen learner, adapting to any situation. He is a constant learner, making time to upskill through online platforms such as Coursera and edX. Vishnu practices gardening and sports for recreation.
Anil Kumar - Asst Highway Designer
Anil completed his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pragati Engineering College and currently pursuing Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering.
He is involved in preparation of 3D models in Infraworks. He is quick learner and enjoys working with our team of highly experienced professionals.
Anil likes to play kabaddi and video games and enjoys watching movies, listening to music in his free time.
Srikanth - Junior Engineer
Srikanth has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is pursuing a Masters’ degree in Structural Engineering.
He was a site Engineer at Sun Technology India Pvt. Ltd., before joining the i2R team.
He is involved in preparing drawings of Plan and profile, typical cross-sections and structural drawings.
Srikanth is an avid chess player and a keen traveler. His strengths are a positive attitude, polite demeanor and a passion to learn new things.
Anusree Namala - Junior Engineer
Anusree holds a Bachelors’ degree in Civil Engineering from St. Mary’s Group of institutions, Deshmukhi. She is currently working as an Assistant Highway Design Engineer. She is confident that the exposure and experience from Druta Designs will help her reach, fullest potential in her professional life. She spends her leisure time by watching movies and listening to music.
Vijesh TP - Senior CAD Draughtsman

G.Babu - Senior Manager in Finance and Administration
Babu. G is Senior Manager in Finance and Administration. He has completed his bachelor’s Degree in Commerce at Voorhees college at Vellore where our beloved former President Sarvepalli Radhakrishnayya studied, and he has completed his Post Graduation in Commerce at Annamalai University. He is having more than 26 years of experience in Admin, Finance & Accounts.
He is good at reconciliations particularly accounts payable and receivable, accounting methodologies, and practices as well. Diplomatic and tactful, Babu. G is skilled in effective interpersonal interaction.
Good analytical skills in processing data and information, keeping records, and tabulation. His expertise includes preparation of financial statements, MIS and monitoring daily cash transactions, developing annual budgets, and recording all financial activity for small to medium-sized businesses.
He keeps himself continuously updated with thorough working knowledge of accounting principles and practices as well as Income Tax and GST.
His hobbies include cooking, traveling, playing Chess, and spending time with his Family.
